The High Line is an inspired public park built on an abandoned elevated freight line above the streets of Manhattan. It has received more than $190 million in public investment to date and is one of the world’s most successful urban revitalization projects. The first mile of the park runs from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District then weaves through Chelsea, catalyzing exciting new development along its way. The third phase of this dynamic public park begins at the base of 10 Hudson Yards and wraps around the development. 10 Hudson Yards is the only new office building fully integrated with the High Line.
