architecture
At 52 stories and soaring nearly 900’ in the air, this iconic first building in the new heart of New York boasts the most efficient floor plates, column free office space and floor-to-ceiling windows, taking advantage of the dramatic setting atop the acclaimed High Line.
BUILDING FORM
10 Hudson Yards massing reflects the unique site conditions at this prime location at the junction of the High Line and Hudson Yards. This tower tapers as it rises, providing the most efficient floorplates throughout the entire building stack.
RELATIONSHIP TO THE SITE AND THE HIGH LINE
Unlike any other building along the High Line, 10 Hudson Yards will bridge over the park, creating a dramatic 60’ public passageway through the building. This unique integration with New York’s most acclaimed new public space promises to make this tower as dramatic at its base as it is in the skyline.
ENTRY EXPERIENCE
An elegant lobby provides connections to the building from 10th Avenue and the new Hudson Yards High Line connection. Visitors arriving from 10th Avenue enter a light-filled double height space. Those coming from the No. 7 station enter at one of the only corporate office addresses right on the High Line.
VIEWS
Due to this prime location right at the northern edge of low-rise Chelsea, 10 Hudson Yards has completely open and unencumbered open views of the Hudson River and downtown skyline.
